In this video I share 12 ways to boost your energy, including:

1. Brisk walk outside
2. Avoid watching TV for 48 hrs.
3. Ditch booze for 4 weeks.
4. Cut out the white foods.
5. Take a 15 minute catnap!
6. Switch from coffee to herbal tea.
7. Prioritize and make a list.
8. Cut out the late-night eating.
9. Make a joyous smoothie. See recipe below.
10. Connect with others and share your gratitude.
11. Get enough shut-eye.
12. Drink water.

Here’s the recipe for my Joyous Energy Smoothie:

Joyous Energy Smoothie

  • Handful frozen organic raspberries
  • Handful cashews
  • 1 scoop Greens+ kids (tastes like berries)
  • 1 scoop Fermented vegan proteins+ (vanilla) by Genuine Health
  • Water + almond milk to desired consistency

Combine all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy!

It’s energizing, great for digestion, super tasty and will keep you satisfied for hours.
